I have a couple questions about the V600.

1. Is it true that it can only store one number per contact?

2. How is the speed dialing issue solved (I hope its not by reordering the numbers on the SIM)

3. Does it store incoming SMS internally or on the SIM (in which case it is limited to 20)?

4. Can I use an Ericsson HBH60 headset with it?

Thanks,
Sintax

Maybe i don't wanna go and get a phone if i don't know what it's like? Some of us can't just go down to the local phone shop anytime, btw. School takes quite a while, and i live a long way a way from any phone shops. So try bein a bit friendlier.
Just out of interest, Miss UK and MrUK is there any connection between you, or is it pure coincedence that you two both own the same phone, and have complimentary names? Some of us can't just

Wow you guys are funny! Anyway i never said you were the SAME person, perhaps if you had any of the stuff they give you in school (intelligence, common sense etc) you may notice i merely suggested that you two are linked, like say you KNOW each other! people on this forum...

V600 is a really good handset it offers alot are u aware of what the features are? If not checkout www.motorola.com my only doubt in the phone is the battery which doesn't handle my free wap very well and charging time which is awful! Appart from that a very smart phone :-)

Thanks Miss UK,
Agreed, does any phone battery cope well with 65K screens, cameras and all the other bits 'n bobs (except P900?)
Think I might get a docking cradle,
Know of any on-line V600 reviews?

Searching Google was the first thing i did, found the best UK deal @-
http://www.onestopphoneshop.c[....]&PROV=OR&MP=FRAME^GIN203&CNO=1
yeah?

Found a preview @-
http://www.mobiledia.com/previews/motorola/v600/index.html

Looked @ the 6600, its got all the right bits, but its not cheap, and it looks.......?
Docking cradle is cool because u can just drop the phone in as you come thru the door, I assume it charges just as quick as the standard? but the cradle is just easier? and it looks cool.......
Used mobilefun.com before, found OK,
Tried a dummy V600 at "The Link" last week, keys felt good and easy to press, how many times have you pressed the wrong key?
My V600 coming free from above mid-week, I hope, with a free Moto HS800 BT headset, handy for the car these days, don't fancy a fine, although you always see someone doing it each day, a guy in a be-em today, but thinking about it, they are usually driving a BMW!
Will post my thoughts when i get it,
onestopphoneshop.co.uk say they are waiting for a delivery.

I decided to get a t610 in the end (on account of them being £40 on contract, it turns out) and tbh im quite happy with it. It's a lovely little phone, and with support being so widespread + my familiarity with previous SE phones (t300), i'm happy i did.

Looked at a T610, it just lost out to a V600,
My SE T68i has been good, agree about support,
but T610 has been out about 6months now and V600 looks better and has a bigger screen, plus i'm getting the BT headset free with V600!
