Hello, i used to be a t610 owner but then by cirumstances, it got taken back and was replace by a Samsung v200. Whilst this phone has a nice camera, i lik (i) The Downloadable games and (ii) the better customisability (themes, etc). So i can take it back (14 day thing), but i have noticed that i can get a Motorola v600 free which has, amongst other things Java MIDP 2.0 support and VIdeo Recorder. Is there any chance that the z600 has midp 2 support, or is that like the t610 as well. The video thing is just a useful little add on, not essential but i would like GOOD java support, not the goddamn awful one t610 has. Basically, are there any major advantages to the t610 or z600, compared to the v600, as im a little vague on the specs, and they don't generally say all anyway. Are there any places where i could see a comparison of the 3? P.S. Any SE fanboys try not to answer in a fanboyish way, as it won't really help matters.

I know it doesn't have IR, which is annoying but does it come with a data cable? I don't hav bluetooth, but IR i do have. if not, would the one i got with the v200 work with it?

For what it's worth, i think the z600 is the best looking and most balanced clam shell phone i've seen.

ha ha ha you think z600 has style ha ha ha ha z600 looks as though its been made by blind african orphans! butt ugly good spec but awful design

V600 offers the best compromise although i little chunky it looks good and works well even when you take the ariel off. Bluetooth is well verstile send stuff betwen my p900 and pc well easy supports mp3 ringtones aswell screens awsome the function light is sooooo cool only gripes the phones lil too thick t9 is crap (iTap what ever they call it worse then samsung!) and music stays on in games even when in silent!

still beats t610 because

better screen
newer
not already owned by shit load of people
camera is good
supports mp3s
more verstile

beats z600 because

looks crap
silly design
smaller
better external screen

V600 is a mini p900 cant argue with that now can we. What a compliment

Hey, Miss! I'm a V600 guy now too (in addition to all my other toys!) Anyway, sending pics via bluetooth is easy, but not all that intuitive. Select a pic, hit menu, and select Copy. I know, it sounds strange, but that's how it works. it will then power up bt (if it's not already) and search for a device. Simple as that!

Have fun!

Looked at mobilefun for V600 covers, but when you click on a fascia it says covers available for PRE-ORDER. They dont have them in stock either, no-one does yet.

OK one (or two) more things before i say YES.
Are themes for it readily available? Themes for my t610 were as easy to get as pie, and good as well. I like my phones customisable.
And does it support midi as a ringtone format? In my opinion, this is the best and it's great to be able to show them off to my mates.
And Java, anyone tell me what that's like?
Thanks
Marcus
