Here in Manila, changing of celfone's IMEI is very rampant ! Want to see more irregularities and illegalities in life? Where else to go but to Manila. Older models of Nokia and SE fones IMEI #s can be changed just for US$1.00 - US$2.00, no kidding. They can now also change IMEI's of SE " C O L O R E D " fones as well, like that of the T68i, T610, P800 and the latest P900 just for only US$11.00 - I've asked a skilled technician in a mall. Colored Nokia fones cannot be tampered that easy as for now as the technician lamented, they are still looking for that special software to have the serial number replaced. |

then you must either know the new IMEI number or the phone number used on that phone... else it can't be traced. |

It's amazing what you can do if you program someone elses imei number into your phone. All there only work if your phone is a contract 1. You can order pizza's, indians, Tv's and dvd players. You can even send 10000 mms and sms messages a week for free. Try it this week and check your phone bill at the end of the month. :-D

Yeah, yeah Deanlambert!
But... If has somebody stolen your phone, what do you do first...?
If something like this happens to me, I would call my provider immediately, to find my phone...
So... if you'll be so kind to explain... |
