Look what i just got from SE Customer care:
Question:
Subject: P800
Product: P800
Opinion: Hi, i'm representing the world's greatest mobile-forum for SE users, Esato.com. thousands of us are using our SE products for hours everyday.
So we would like to hear if you might be interrested in listening to our suggestions of development of future handsets / future firmware releases?
At least, we have some experiences from your products, and therefore, we know what can make your handsets even more popular!
Please E-mail me for an hopefully positive answer.
ANSWER
Hi Jesper
We know your web site and forum (use it myself), and customer feedback is always usefull.
You have quite a lot of users at your foum, so naturally we are interested in your suggestions.
SE would prefer your suggestions in English.
Please mail them to me, and I'll forward them to our development department.
Thanks for a great site.
Best regards,
/Kim

I think this could be a good idea if SE were really going to pay attention.
My only thought is why do we need to create this list in the first place? Why is SE not tracking these great forums and listening to what is being said?
If we create a list now then it really only applies to current phones and what we see could be better now. This list would have to be submitted regularly, say half yearly, to keep up with the latest phones and the current wishes at that time of SE users.

Some wishes are very hard for a company to listen to
for example the leds lots of ppl in the forum have
complained about them most ppl who like them havent said anything
then. Now when the leds are more or less gone alot of
ppl miss them and complains. Who should listen to in this case
and other simular cases?
For bugfinding purposes though this forum would be very valuble
to them. And some other things. |

sending info to the helpdesk on how to make better phones isn't always good. some of them send the info to other company's and will never get the info. |

I think at least we can try, cause nothing will happen if we dont!!!
So let's give it a shot
@masseur: maybe you could manage to make a small group of persons in here who will then make a half-yearly report?
@Eva: don't tease me in my hard work to make Se phones better As far as I know, noby has tried this before, am i right? so I wanted to be the first
