What was the condition like?? Have seen two working models in two stores of this phone and both had really bad screen burn. I would have thought A Grade would be £289 no B Grade or am I asking too much??

Mine was actually OK. I know what you mean, almost £300 for an used phone but the Lumia 1020 is almost £500 in Amazon and other retailers.
I enjoy mine and I'm impressed the amount of apps been created or ported for WP8, also the constant support from Nokia, is really a joy.

Support from Microsoft is pretty certain.. the only question mark for me is how are they going to merge RT with WP and how would that affect the devices.. would they all be able to run it, or just the phones running on Snap 800 and up ? RAM could be an issue as well.. Windows RT kind of needs 2gb to do its thing.
Also, I am hoping that once they merge them they can unlock the real multitasking.. RT already has it, WP doesn't.. |

I don't need to see comps... as long as Nokia has the biggest image sensors in their phones they will continue to lead the way. It has been the case for a while. They started to stretch the gap with the N8, then even further with the 808/1020.
Realistically nothing else comes close. If anything those comps are for you to see how far behind are different phones compared to the Nokia flagship. |

Hey guys can i unlock my 1020 , so that i can install apps for free.
I see somewhere that i can with dev account , but not sure it will help on my 1020 
I'll be glad to show some tutorial how to unlock the phone and how to install free games/apps , if at all possible.

Hi everyone Iam new to Esato and a 1020 and I love it but I keep getting issues with the white balance on my phone I have the latest approved firmware just wonder if any other user has the same issue or how to fix it.
