For That Not If Mistake 920 PureView LITE In No Situation Will Performance Similar To 808 PureView PRO Perhaps Best !

Do you have a built-in tripod in your body so that you have it all the time with you and also somehow set it up instantaneously as the 808's camera powers up? |

Like I expected.. very high levels of noise, which pretty much make the whole system pointless for stills, it works well for video, but not for still photography. The 808 will destroy it in all conditions.. I can't wait to get mine next month and test it out.
There is no way to mask the performance of the tiny pixels, unless you have a ton of them and clear the garbage out ala PureView PRO. If you want good quality in low light conditions, there is only one way, and that is bigger sensor.
1. Big sensor cut into fewer big pixels
2. Big sensor cut into many smaller pixels, but oversampled/distilled like in the 808
Whichever way you want to go, a big sensor is essential. That is why DSLRs use big sensors.. its not because they enjoy making them bulky. |

Wait till the final product comes out and we test it first hand. Or at least some reliable source reviewing a released device. |

From what I have seen the 920 shots are great and low light are alot better brighter and less noisy than the Lumia 800/900. It's a big improvement and that brilliant optical stabilization

I just ordered one preliminary shipping the 16th , two year contract 264kr / month ( 38 $) inclusive 300 min , SMS and mms plus one GB of data 4G of course . I'm a bit worried about the data going fast but if that's the case I can upgrade to 5 GB for 8$ .
How's the prices compared to the rest of the world ? Really looking forward to getting mine now!

here we go..

Just like I expected.. the normal "noise central" we are accustomed to when it comes to 1.4 micron pixels, nothing new. Exposure is a little off, but that can be due a number of reason. Quality is..average, nothing special.
Like I said months ago, the PureView PRO phone will destroy it in all conditions. I would say this is "vapor" for still photography, and real benefit for video recording.
ewww...

@cu015170
Indeed, nothing special. Just as I suspected. It's only for people who love doing long exposure time night photos with tripod, but then, why not use compact camera which have 20x better exposure time settings...
As for video recording, I must hear the soudn quality first, if it's regular just like on other phones, it's still pretty useless.
