A little bit of faith and we get there....... didnt think danny was a scammer and now im confident hes not..... money in my account as promised....
I think Danny has been through a fair bit of crap, Im not going into any details as its not my place but all i can say is i personally believe the guys worth a chance shoudl he wish to continue trading on here.,...

Glad to here it's all working out in the end, lets just hope everyone gives Danny a chance. I for one would trade with him if something comes up in the future.

Hmm I still think people are over looking the fact that he knowingly sent a faulty broken item in the hopes to get away with it.
Fixing what you done, good on you, takes a man to own up to what they have done.
But why be a douche and do it in the first place, you could of done it to me or a member of my family, and you'd be sitting there with their money whilst they have a broken DS.
You KNEW it was broken when you sent it, you KNEW EXACTLY what you were doing when you were doing it.
I've been through crap, but I don't send people dodgy items and take their money.

El robin, i know where youre coming from...... the thing is, he didnt hesitate to offer me soemthing else when i saw it...... i know what you mean, just cant help thikning the guy hit rock bottom... surely if he were a scammer he'd either not send anything, or not reply after sending........ just doesnt all add up........
lets not make this a major flaming thread now.... moenys have been apid to myself and i am happy... I appreciate everyones support during this thread. I just happy its resolved

Certainly will - I'm sure he'll be in touch soon enough, he's going through a very rough time at the moment.

I agree mate, he done wrong but he put it right and stuck through the stick to pay you back which is what everyone wanted.

I still wouldn't deal with him... he was dishonest and only gave back the money after being threatened... fact of the matter is... it is not right to scam someone and waste someone's time like that... I won't stand for it.

well its up to the esato community to wether or not they want to deal with , me.
i apologize for the inconvenience caused i am just trying to get afew nasty things in order in my life atm, pretty much the worst few months i have ever had to experience.
i no that people will say a hard time is no excuse for this kind of behaviour, i was just trying to sell all the things i had in my house to make up enough money that i needed at the time,
was just careless with my advertising and communication, neglegent maybe, naive to the fact of how my actions would affect others, but i am truly sorry.
