This is one dodgy character, but it should have stood out. Very few posts, loads of items either for sale or trade, no feedback.
I tried to trade with him, but to quote him, "we'll do the usual, and both post the same day" I don't think so!!

His for sale threads showed either no pics, or pics off Ebay, looked fishy to me.
Cousin of mine was interested in his N95, but I talked him out of it after I'd checked his post history and found out that another member is waiting (for more then a month now ), for a Nokia 6500, which was part of a trade.

He wanted to trade my C902 for his phones... but I didn't go ahead as he seemed very dodgy... two minutes after I mentioning my C902 he had listed it up for sale but told me he is a trader and trades phones regularly. |

i asked him to post 1st as he's new here and he refused!
seemed dodgy hence no deals with him.

Do it mate, I bought something from someone 2 months back to sell to a mate for £15 profit, not much, but I needed the money.
Guy never sent the item as it's being held by police as evidence of stolen goods, he also refuses to refund me.
So I went to this site last night and started a legal claim:
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp
The amount he owes is £175, but I upped that to £205 for time wasted, ink and paper used, postage costs to him and call/text costs, also I had to pay the £25 fee, but that fee is auto added on to his amount payable to me, so he now owes me £235 and not £175, I even warned him last night that this is the case and he has untill 10am to stop my claim, which he hasn't, so his hard luck.
He can try and fight it, but at the end of the day I sent him money, and the goods were not received, my solicitor says it's pretty much a won case before it's started.
So try the money claim site on this guy mate, he has to respond to it as it's a court order, if he doesn't reply, you auto win and the total amount you requested is now by law owed by you
Best of luck

After tsj said he sold his C902 I said i'd trade him my w960i and DS, so moment later he posted them for sale as well. Very dodgy guy indeed. He has several for sale posts and no refs at all.
