and Total Repair can not repair it due to:

"Physical Damage"

walked down to the local Northampton Nokia Service Centre, and they checked for physical damage, could not find it and advised to send the Handset to Anovo in Thetford for a Software Reflash.

Went back to the 3 Store and they rang Total Repair, who said they were unable to reflash the software so it is beyond economical repair.

So the handset is on it's way to Anovo, via Special Delivery, for a software reflash.

the network cant reflash their network branded firmware, so Nokia may be able to flash it but I might end up with generic firmware.

indeed, its really crap that now a days to save costs they send all around the fones to repare. here in austria was never a normal nokia service, they sent in the past every fone to germany, but latealy they moved the main service to poland to save costs. so it takes far more time then before...

Have mine for about 2 months.

Only thing noted is that when using 3 or 3.5G, the 6120 gets too hot.
Don;t know why.
But I dunno have any other issue, is rock solid and for the price that I've paid, man, this is awesome!!

Now just waiting for my Nokia 6220!
