I think it is a great idea. When you say area, you say country, province, or both? I ask because I have a list of the first.

wiki has a very good country code listing, and not just dialling codes but also all sorts of other codes relating to the countries.

Also i dont like the wiki one, i prefer this one (not just cause i did, i truly like it beetter)

the sat fone codes should be separated from the country codes and in some lines more countries are next to each other.

I've created a few .jar files based on SE4NICK's numbers list, a one for each phone model, and posted them at rapidshare. Of course, not all SE phones are included
