Idea is cheating |

I am a idea customer, In Dec 12th 2006 i got a msg from idea saying that
Max Talktime on Rs 10-7.91 TT, Rs20-15.82 TT, Rs55-45 TT. Full Talktime on Rs 102, Rs 302 & Rs 502. No Validity
and charged my mobile with Rs 102 and i get only Rs 82. talk time. Then called the customer care to clarify it then they says that the balance amount was lost is for Tax. the above mentioned (Rs 10, 20, 45) are all have taxes.
That means there is no differance between Rs 102 and Rs 45 They Cheated me. Pls give me a feed back that what can di in this situation | |

well... theres only one thing you can do...
sue them for taking service taxes
