hey i just went to Se coprate site and checked the status of k790i
there is no comming soon on k790i only in two countries
in asia up to yesterday it showed comming soon
did it came to the stores in india wts its price ?

Yeah, just checked. The coming soon star has been removed from the global site for all countries in the Asia Pacific region. On the India SE site the products page still has the K790 marked as 'Coming Soon'. |

Yes Phone is out everywhere now.
Price around 22 - 24k.
22k in Banglore.

Great news. A little confusion, does this come with a 64MB memory card in addition to the internal memory (like K750) or is 64MB just the internal memory? |

Plus 70 mb inside.
@ ac,
the problem that guy was having is just random hang ups, its normal with first release firmware. New firmware should come soon in about 20 - 30 days. It always does.
Anyways i bought two of them. And one of them kept getting hang every 2 - 39 minutes. It started suddenly. Only solution was to remove and put the batter back.
I gave that phone back and got a replacement immediately wth my dealer.
If you get a similar problem take it back immediately.
The other one had no problems at all.

I know that the first batch/first firmware is bound to have problems but was looking for a confirmation from other users if they are having any problems. Getting a replacement from Kolkata dealers is not always easy and could take a while.
btw... did you get an M2 card in the box ? |
