have had menu.ml errors and camera drivers crashing etc, but all in the line of testing - nothing permanent, and properly performed mods are always stable.

Practically, this thread seems useless to me, 'coz none of the problems that arise out of modding using FAR plugin are too serious (or cannot be rectified).

All a person needs is to keep track of the changes mage, and most impotantly, make backup copies of everything before editing - and restoring the backup wil linvariably fix the problem!

i agree. may be a bit out of topic. modding with far does not cause any issues as there is always a chance to go back. Thanks again and sorry for the ignorance.

If you wanna find out your CID number, download the davinciteam client.

You can check your CID number there for free.

Maybe, to be honest my phone is always in silent so I wouldn't even notice this! A good point - I'll try and test it out!

@Quickshare,
Nops, never encountered this issue. Maybe you've played around with the acoustic files and that's causing the issue? Just try the default drivers and let us know.

@ALL who pimped their K750 Media Player!

Try this:
- Open your media Player
- go to All Music/All Videos Section
- then go back to your previous menu...

what happened?

mine was the player was turned back to the normal skinned player we all knew. i dunno what happened but the new skins i put there was never read.

and after that, other phone features went array. some of pix was just icons and you can see its preview on thumbnails. my shutdown screen was gone... everything went a mess.. tho i can still use the phone for SMS. but the camera is a goner... you cant shoot any pic coz it always put you back on standby mode...

THE GOOD PART:
It all goes away after a reboot... its that easy... but just irritating...

go ahead try it!

tried this no difference. Going into and out of media player quickly is all it needs to set it off.
