Adam is 100%right!
I think the quality is poor and feels cheap as it's based on ericsson's old accessory releases for 3v ericssons. It was released when the T68 was launched a few years ago!
Ericsson need to launch a new music system for their phones like the nokia music player.
With owners of the T68 especially, ericsson will do very well with a stylish well performing music system.

Here is a link to the offer page for people in the UK.
Ericsson branded Portable Handsfree with FM Radio (HPR-08) for only £11.99 including VAT.
http://www.sonyericssonmobile.com/uk/spg.jsp?template=EShopHome&B=ie&ES_LM=TO
This Ericsson branded Portable Handsfree with FM Radio (HPR-08) offer is only compatible with the T-10, T-18, A1018, R250 Pro, S868, GF788, I888, SH888, GF788e, PF768, GF768, GH688 and the GA628.
An Ericsson brand handsfree should produce much better quality reception for you and the person you are speaking with than the kind of hands free kit you often get free with a mobile on a contract (such as a Carphone Warehouse branded handsfree).
If you have a R380e, T65, T68, T20e, T28 World, T39m, T29, R380 World, A2628, R520m, A2618, R310, T20s, R320, R380s, or T28s - then you will need the FM Radio Handsfree (HPR-11) which is not on offer but retails at £20.99 including VAT.
Here is the link for the HPR-11:

I also use one for my t39 and all I can say is that you get what you pay for! I barely use the radio.... but I still like it anyways because it is cheap. |

ATTENTION
the radio doesn't work with a T66 !!! Excellent with T39 but other connections ( although looks the same ) on the T66. Neither does the Ericsson Car Kit Hand Free work with the T66 ( i more and more believe the rumor that Ericsson did not make this phone !!! |

The radio does not work very well on a train either. Too bad reception, maybe since the radio lacks an antenna or the sensitivity is poor. |

@jowi
Hey Jowi, where did you buy the FM radio handsfree? I've been looking for it in almost all Semicon shops and haven't found any yet?! I'd like to buy and have one... |

To GRIFTER: I got mine in Semicon for PhP1,400 and it will work with the T68. I am from Parañaque too! I like it alot cuz I use it in the Gym (w/ the radio on) and while driving (w/ the radio off - just use it as a hands free). |

To Flipperds:
Bro saan ka sa Parañaque? Anyway i've checked with different Semicon shops (Festival, Rockwell) wala daw silang stock. From what branch did you buy yours?
Matagal na akong naghahanap nyan e how's the reception? Is it in Stereo or in Mono? |

To GRIFTER: Sa Better Living bro! U? I got mine sa Semicon Festival Mall in Jan ata. The reception is pretty good & the sound quality is pretty ok too. There have been mixed sentiments for this, some like it & some don't. In my opinion, sulit in terms of the price I paid for (its just P400 more than an ericsson handsfree kit HPB-10)! I especially like using the voice dialing commands when I drive and listening on the radio while I work out in the gym or commute.
