like miss C, ive just bought a ipod, dock and remote for £218.55, which is pretty good as I was going to go to the shops and buy just the ipod for 219 2moz befor a trrip to the cinema.

I only ordered it this night but I have started downloading some video pod casts and other crap for it, already started converting a episode of family guy for it, just to see how it plays, and if all goes well I may just do the whole lot of them lol.

anything else cool I can download?

also whats this about jools writing a patch for the ipod?

I bought the episdoes 1-12 of season one of Lost for £5 (Tesco + lots of vouchers!), I know I could've bought the US one, but I like watching the episodes on E4, and I would be too tempted to cheat

Anyways, I'm currently in the process of converting them for my iPod, so far I've done episodes 1-6, they look great too

And I'm in the process of listening to every song on my iPod, A-Z of song titles, I'm currently on 124/1613 and I've only just got onto "B"

Sure, I'll do the lot when I'm finished.

btw. They're about 200MB each, and I've stretched them so there's no black borders when playing on the iPod.

@maddav: I made the mistake of purchasing an episode of lost from itunes. Its drm protected so it can only play on my ipod and itunes. It doesn't play on my psp which uses the same mp4 format file. Makes me wanna download from other illegitimate sources.

Debu if your using a PC there was an app i found a while ago that could emove DRM protection. (purely so you could make a back up of such vids etc)
