heyy all...
i have alot of stress right now...
me and my g/f keep fighting... work is getting very stressful, i have court, theres just alot going on...
i need something to do to get rid of some of this stress... does anyone have any good ideas? and just for reference, i dotn smoke or drink...

hmm It's 5:46am here so im not thinking straight with no sleep..but i'll give it a go...
On a serious note: Get a punch bag... beat the Sh!t out of it, it really does help release some of the pent up anger/fustration/stress
On a lighter note: Go rent a dirrrrty film... that'll give you some "relief" one way or another...

It is good that you don't smoke or drink to relieve stress as they just prolong it. Must say exercise is the best stress relief. Go running or swim or ride a bike.
