That hoax only tells me that your source is not a reliable one.

Roll your eyes if you like gardar, but what he's apparently told you - and what you're now telling us - doesn't make any sense. SE remain firmly in the Symbian camp, and everything we know about this phone screams UIQ 3.

Either this guy is spinning you a line, or he's misunderstood whatever it was he heard. Simple as.

We never saw any concrete info about UIQ 3 on Hermione.
Just a few photoshoped pics.

I have gardar in consideration, since, i think, he got right some other things in the past... [addsig]

At the end of the day no one knows anything concrete... its all just romours and speculation, if some one says it will come with windows then so be it. There is no evidence to prove otherwise.

Sorry if this sounds stupid...I don't know much about how these operating systems would work. But would Windows Mobile support the flip closed functionality? [addsig]

Well, windows has never ben runned on a P-series before, UIQ was never runned on P-series before the P800... they will just make it work... as they did with UIQ... If you get my point?

Ha Ha
Windows on the P*** . i think you need to do some reading
All and any P prefix phones made by SE will run Symbian .
and who would want it any how .
i have windows at home/work and even in my car.
trust me they will never get near my phone.
As i said before and i will say it again for the people who are a bit behind Windows is a PDA OS with phone software added it will allways be a PDA first. this cannot be compared to Symbian OS it was designed to be a PHONE from the start .
this why we love them and will still love them.

I wish they distributed the phone with 2 or 3 Operating Systems on a CD.
This way we could switcht UIQ3, UIQ 2.1, Windows ??, Unix, NGage, etc ...
That would be really cool
