SMan BlueJacking will only work (without pairing) on handsets that allow the Bluetooth to be in "On" mode, where the channel is permanently open to all connections. Again, most phones don't allow this anymore, so your chances of success are getting lower with every new phone released.
Otherwise, it relies on the other person accepting your incoming BlueJack out of curiosity, for the message to get through.

I would say SMan is THE application to have for the P-Series. There's loads about it here if you do a quick search, including the latest version v1.4.
BlueJacking is really the least of what it does: it is a Task Manager, File Manager, Zip program, database rolled into one.
Read the manual for the full details.

Its a Java app so should work on the S700i.

The K and S series phones don't allow the Java engine to access bluetooth API's or the file system directly so the uses of SMan are reduced on a non-P series phone! |

just copy it to the Other folder located in the memory. then go to file manager in your phone, look for the Other folder and install it from there.
