Hmmm.. a "Gold" colour?
What the hell is this, a funky version of a T68m Gold edition?
Most likely (I'm hoping) this is not the final colour, just a prototype test. |

Yes, i think gold color is awful
But remember that this is a photoshped version of the phone, live pics could be very interesting and look better, just the same happened with the K750 last year, do you remember??

Hi all, I owned both P910i and XDA II mini (Imate Jam) and would like to let everyone knows that PPC is really PDA first and phone second. Here's what undertand about PPC after 2 months of owning it:
1) No SMSTone kind of software that you can forward SMS to another number. Such feature is good for people who owns at least a big P910i type of phones and a smaller eg K sereis type of phones where you can not only forward incoming calls, but also SMS to another number for times when you don't wish to bring the bigger brother out for party etc.
2) No Advanced Call Manager kind of apps that you can schedule call behavious like call forwarding @ specific time and then cancel call forwarding @ specific time.
3) No app that really beats Magic Profiles Pro. PocketMax PhoneAlarm 1.25 is close, but I find its response sluggish when going from tabs to tabs (yes, believe it or not, slower than Magic Profiles Pro operating on P910i).
4) At least with the XDA II Mini and latest May 05 firmware, somehow the settings won't properly be saved. A couple of soft reboots is enough to make it "reset" all settings to plain default, like factory conditions and I have to manually re-assign everything all over again! This is a real pain!
5) BT is still buggy (yes, version 1.2 BT...). With BT OFF, tried using the built in Explorer, browse to a file, Tap and hold, Beam... using BT and it will definitely HANG the phone. With BT ON, this works fine but that's not the point...
6) MP3 Players (I've tried 2) playsback MP3, etc fine. But if there is an incoming call, be prepared to be scared the hell out of you life cos there is no "toot toot" warning sound to warn you about incoming calls and the ringtone will blast right into your ear.
7) It doesn't matter if you plug in the earphones and listening to music or not, cos as long as there is incoming calls, both earphones and the phone will still RINGs...
For those who really wanted to purchase PPC devices, Do take note of those points above. There are more, but I hoped you guys get the picture...

Not sure what this will do to the overall picture but if it has the screen that every one is saying it's got NL2432HC17-01B then the screen is about 1cm shorter than the p910 .Here are the REAL screen dimensions:
Screen size : 2.7 inches (6.8 cm diagonal)
Effective display area :41.04 (H) x54.72 (V) mm
Display colors : 262,144 colors
Number of pixels : 240 x 320
Luminance : 180 cd/m2
Contrast : 400:1
Viewing angle : Up: 50° , down: 20° right:40° , left: 40°

The phone on the right has perfect screen proportions and the one on the left is an original pic apart from the overlayed uiq 3.0 image.
so it gives you an idea how much is below the flip and how much of the screen is visable with the flip shut.
I am not saying the pic on the right is right (as in keyboard ) but the proportions are spot on
