After using O2 XDA atom for 4 months in 1 years ago...I dont want any windows mobile in any SE phones...
WM based device in my mind mixed with hang,reset and laggish...

i do hope that sony ericsson will use windows mobile in their phones... not because i like windows mobile but because SEs market will be bigger indeed |

Stay and concentrate with UIQ, that's better for SE. and i'm just hoping that the new UIQ phone will now be UIQ 3.1 + Java Platform 8 APIs and the two new mandated Java APIs for K850 and W910. that's my dream platform for a Walkman/Cybershot phone
if the W910 has UIQ 3.1 + P1's RAM i couldn't get happier

There are already phones running Linux. Motorola has a few models although these are not proper smartphones AFAIK (i.e. installation of third-party software not possible). And then there's the Siemens SXG75.

Pocket PC phones usually have a small reset switch (pinhole switch) so no need for the "three-finger salute". This is something I miss on the P990i actually
