I can confirm that I am now producing images of up to 3Mb in size with full vivid colour by changing buffer and target file sizes (Many thanks to all modders of camera drivers I now appreciate the time you guys must put into this stuff!)
My next goal will be shutter speeds can anyone explain how to convert seconds & fractions of a second to hex? I understand now using powertoys calc to change bytes into hex but this aspect has me stumped
Thanks in advance

I've seen pictures taken in sports mode showing ISO2000 in the exif data, trouble is that half the exposure consists of chroma noise
@Brazzuka: I wonder whether adjusting the hue away from red a bit would help with reducing the noise?

hi brazuka! just want to let u know that in your bestpic v5.25, the nightmode landscape scene is laggy. the fps went down drastically. and sport mode has lots of noise. hope this helps to improve your already great camdriver. ^_^ my question is, how can we change the fps value of nightmode landscape scene? i've noticed this entry under nightscene landscape:
#SET_REG(22,02) // DRAFT_MIN_FRMRATE 1 fps
can you suggest what value can we change it to? im sorry im not good at hexadecimal conversion.
so what i did for the meantime is, i reverted back to v5.21 and integrated your flash color correction in v5.25. |

by the way guys, with regards to the pics that i've posted in the previous page, i've used bestpic v5.21 NOT v5.25. i'm sorry i got confused with the version. |

No necessarily, basically the softly of noise in this technique of iso, exposure and shutter speed, you can play with it or try other techniques.
Iso 2000 in scene sports?? are u sure?

Change the ISO and change the shutter speed if necessary.
The EV exposure is iso-related ... i mean, increase EV = different ISO... works with both.
example:
EV +1 => ISO 164
EV +1.3=> ISO 250
#SET_REG(22,02) // DRAFT_MIN_FRMRATE 1 fps =>>> play with this
