guys it appears that nearly everybody has the same problem. This would mean that we would have to wait for a software upgrade to get it sorted
lets hope its soon! |

Is it a firmware problem or a HW bug ? @chaser could get rid of this problem after a phone replacement so it has to be a HW issue. |

One thing is for sure: sound level of k750i when making calls is HORRIBLE. very low, almost unsatisfactory. compare it with k700 or even better T68i - what a difference!! Such a BASIC function (still!) of the phone...SE screwed this. Otherwise the phone is fantastic.... |

i am having the same problem too! even i set the volume to maximum. It sounds like 60% of my K700i. Should I call O2 and ask for a replacement then? |

Surely they will fix this in the next upgrade... its way TOO low. |

I have a Orange K750i and the vol is very low. Even set at 100% you might as well not bother. The loud speak at the back is fine tho?
Have we had any replies from SE yet ? |

I believe that this is a hardware fault and cannot be fixed with a firmware update. The reason for this is that sometimes my volume is excellent, but then it intermittently goes really quiet, then if i'm lucky, it comes loud again. this to me sounds like hardware |

anyone still have this problem? I update my firmware last night but the volume is still too low even in maximum! Could someone confirm K750 and K700 maximum volume should be about the same! Thanks! |

I still have a k700 and k750
volume on k700 is way louder during calls and the speakerphone is louder too
menus are faster on k700 than k750
this is after I upgraded to the new k750 firmware.
