I don't think so- nokia had very strict classification before- 3 and 5 were for younger population, 6 business class, 7 for experiments, 8 for top mini models and 9 for communicator. 2nd and 3rd number also were logically added, but 2 years ago they started to name models differently.

I like MikLSP's ideas, they seem the most logical and likely.
The J is a bit tricky, maybe for Joy? It would match their marketing.
The K? Hmmm.... got me stumped. Can think of phonetics...Kool, Klassy

That gives me an idea:
W = Wild
S = Serene
K = Killer
F = Freaky
J = Jabber
P = Pumped
T = Tight
Z = Zipper
My phone is now a Killer 700, and my next one will be a Wild 800
