Need Help: SE K800i USB Connection Problem |

HI guys i got this problem with my K800i USB cable, it was woking properly but suddenly it stop. I can't be detected in my computer again. I tried using w700i with the same cable and it got detected. I have also changed the cable but my K800i can't still be detected. I used it last with my friends computer that was when it stop and later my friend told that his system board is bad.
Please can someone tell me what to do please.

clean the fastport first n if its not working then u can must do another tricks, read from the first page

i got also with the same problem, all i do is also cleaning the port and restarting my computer
