S500i Switches off - Esato archive

I have an S500i about a year old which switches itself off at any time for no apparent reason. Sometimes when answering a call and sometimes when left on a table say. If turned back on the battery is fully charged. Any ideas why??

possible due to internal file corruption
try flashinf and upgrading....

Have you tried using the Sony Ericsson update service tool?
