@frederick,

i did the same thing as you did. i too was wary about listing reservations in a notebook. I was hoping to write it in one of their huge books but nope.

regarding the price... i asked Lira (she works at the Hub) about the cost staying at P5.5k in spite of the demand.. it'll stay daw at P5.5K (well, let's keep our fingers crossed.)

so far about 23 have reserved. she said when deliver comes, they have like 20 units. i'll advise you soonest if it comes. you too the same for me, k?

It is useless to use a mca-20 communicam on t68. this is because t68 only can show 256 color which is damn bad on displaying bitmap graphic or photo that use more then 256 color.
No point to shoot a nice photo and display it on 256 color phone as caller picture. It look very ugly !

@yapliren
it's not really about storing hi-res pics in your 256-color phone.
it's about catching some things "as they happen, when they happen"

check this.

Went to the HUB after I met some of the peeps of PCC last nite. Damn ang haba pa rin ng list nila for the MCA-20 cam. Well, they told me nagkaroon daw ng 5 pcs. but they gave it to the customers who reserved last June pa. Anyways, not anymore interested.

Went to Semicon also last nite and met Bjorn and Dan 619 there, They have T68i artic blue cover (less than 900) and the keypad (less than 200) if some of you are planning for a facelift. FYI.

I reserved my communicam here at Semicon Fairview, but the sales person told me that I was way down on the list, it may take awhile. That made me think, how many Filipinos are using the SET68i? I used to remember the time when I felt good knowing I was one of the few who never succumbed to the Nokia craze (pardon the Nokia users).

I got a guy who will purchase for me the mca-20 communicam in the States, so I don't think i'll be worrying about my reservation. [addsig]

Semicon has them for P7500. I was on the Hub's list also for about 3 months... forget about it... I doubt they'll order any more.

@smoie

The shop you're referring (if memory serves me right) is games & gadgets, on the second floor (seeing as the foodcourt section is usually considered the basement section of the building). Yes, I've seen the box but when i asked for it, they say it's out of stock. [addsig]
