I don't think so. The T610 isn't a smartphone. It can use only java based apps. And i doubt whether there are bluetooth related apps in java.

BT related apps are already hard to find for smartphones.

Non can be made/used for the T610, the T610 doesn't provides JSR-82 (Bluetooth access from Java), only place you can access Bluetooth on the T610 from is Mophun, and Mophun games/apps need to be signed by Synergix to make them deployable to a phone.
