Ive already downloaded the drm package and protected and changed it into a .dm file. I cant transfer it from my laptop to my phone. i cant open the file on my handset manager. |

If you're talking about the V800, plugging in the USB lead to the PC and Phone opens the memory stick as a new drive on the PC, just copy the file over using windows explorer, that's all I do. You'll need to have installed the SE software first so that the phone is handled correctly.

ive already transfered the .dm file into my phone but still cant use it as ringtone....im using the s700i.....can someone ple telll me why? help? |
