anybody can solve my problem |

i bought a K700i from Vodafone, last night i tried to update my software, but i was told "my operator doesn't allow me to update my software". i think my cell phone is exclusively to Vodafone, so it is Vodafone doesn't allow me to update the software. can anybody tell me how to solve this, i want to use the lates one. thanks
my current version is R2AE0033 and Vodafone said this version is the latest one in their customer service.

thats the latest firmware, but go to a  service centre. Carphone warehouse is one |
