Unable to sync with anything other than default Outlook Contacts folder in PC Suite |

As title says, I'm using PC Suite and want to backup my phone contacts to my PC. My Outlook Contacts folder has thousands of addresses so rather than sync to that, I want to create a new contacts folder (called Mobile) and sync to that. I created the folder within the contacts section of Outlook and in Sync Settings, I navigate to the folder and tell the program to sync to that. However, when I then hit sync, I get a failure and a message saying Folder Cannot Be Found.
It will sync OK to the default contacts folder so it's not a hardware problem connection problem. But why can't I sync to a new contacts folder?
Thanks,

When you installed the sync software, two programs should have been added: the sync software itself and the sync settigns program. The settings program lets you choose what folders need to be synchronised and how to resolve conflicts. |

When you created the new folder, did you select the folder type? There should have been a drop down box that allows you to select the type of items that the folder will contain, in this case it should be set to 'Contact information'.
If you right click on the new folder and select 'properties', you should be able to check whether or not the folder is set to use the correct content type and change it if necessary.

Thanks All. Was able to solve it by updating the driver on the DSS-20. Works fine now.
