I am having trouble connecting my T616 with my PC. I am using a usb data cable and was trying to use sendfile2 software and I am unable to get it to work. What I am attemping to do is move picture, ring tones etc to and from my phone to my pc. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Double check com ports. Lower speed. And use this http://fma.sourceforge.net (p.s get fma2) guaranteed to work.
