No sound or camera with new firmware |

I have just updated my k700 with the new firmware from multiserver and now i cannot use the camera as there is no software for it and also the ring volume is set to 8 yet there is no sound.How can i fix these 2 little problems? |

Can you tell what firmware version you have now? Just to make sure it is the latest. Even if it wasn't these problems shouldn't have occured.

yes i have the R2ae033
in the list there is no camera software version |

Just sorted it out for no.Did a master reset again and now i have volume and camera (Software V3.10)
