The problem that, I have with my nokia 3200 phone is that the phone lock off buy it self.

Can't you give a detailed explanation? What do you mean lock by itself? What gets locked? The keypads?

Ok. It doesn't turn on? Take out the battery and put it again after 5 minutes and try again. :-)

I went back to the company where, I buy my phone from but they toll me that they don't have the tool to upgrade the firmware on my nokia 3200 phone so what can, I do.

You should go to the nearest Nokia service center and have your phone checked for hardware problems and possible firmware upgrade if possible/necessary.

Take it to nokia and tell your problems. After sorting out the problem, sell that phone and get an SE!
