... Or is the page just not working correctly?

I connect my K700i to my DSS-25, go to the homepage, and check the five boxes, since all requirements are met, and press next, then nothing happends. Just a blank page. Is the homepage for updating not working or what is wrong here? Currently running R2L and looking forward to getting the R2AE033

Try disabling your firewall, if you have one running. If you are using a dial-up connection, you might also have to wait a long time for the software to download.

Only firewall enabled is the one in my router, and everything else is working allright, have no problems wieving or downloading anything else.

My connection is a T1

Make sure you have the latest Java runtime environment installed.
