Is it possible to use SEtool with DCU-11?

No, however i believe a modification exists to make it compatible - if you are good with soldering etc.

Because the platform sends bogus messages while charging, that is why!!!..But why this change of heart?..We sense a charger connected, oops, we will not shut down after all!!!..*********************** UI BASIC, HOLD YOUR HORSES

You mean by modification of DCU-11 then it can work with SE Tool !?
