Wireless Village support is not something that you can add back as a distributable program - it is part of the firmware. The only way you are going to get these additional options is to flash your phone with the default SE K700 firmware. Your local SE Service Centre will likely not perform this for you, so your only option is to use a service like DaVinci / SE Tool to perform the firmware update yourself (see various posts in the Software forum).
