Yeah, I got some choice Windowski Officeski 2007 stuff from the neighbours when they returned from Thailand as well.

And then the Thais get upset when the US places the country on a list of intellectual property violators.

The thing is, you can get fake goods right about anywhere in the world. What shocked me was that here in was so blatant, like in a massive shopping mall.

Some Thais though see it as an equalling of the scores against an empirialist power- well, they're only shooting themselves in the foot. Its crazy how many fake products, co-exist with genuine products. Yesterday in the Bangkok Post, Mercedes Benz took out a huge ad asking the owners of their cars not to buy cheap fake parts which have flooded the market.

You gota stay focused! E90 remember? 3G,HSDPA, 4inch 800x352 hi def display, 80MB RAM on Boot, FULL QWERTY and Normal keypad etc. . . I don't think you'l like the N95-8gb's buttons, especialy the keypad, rather wait for that E90, you will be able to get 16GB memory cards for it soon.

Again realised how lucky were are in South Africa when I discovered not a single network in Thailand offered any sort of 3G service. I wondered why my phone was not picking up a 3G signal even though it was switched to dual mode.

GUCCI: As impressive as those specs are Hobbs is probably the only person on this side of the BEE-gravytrain divide who would love the E90...I had fantasies of this device but I was afraid I'd be betraying my working class comrades by using a weapon of the ruling class in their continued oppression:grin:

@ Hobbster:
The better half's watching 'Britain's Next Top Model' on the box, so I'm following it via the PC's broadband connection, while trying to do some schoolwork at the same time, LOL.
