unlocked and unbranded with latest firmware
includes everything except the box. Item was bought in Canada, I brought everything except the box. I was going to use it for a backup to my P900, but I dont find the need to keep two phones any longer. It includes charger, case, manuals, CD, headset (and whatever else other accessories I can find in my bag)
phone is in good condition, minor scratches on the face.
