i thought the colder or hotter it gets, the lesser the battery life.
being perpetually broke aint half bad...you just constantly try to look at the brighter side of life to alleviate the situation.

make sure you wrap the battery with plastic bag or else the battery will end up at the dustbin and the refrigerator at the junk yard

I see SE have put up their own mini version of this thread on the battery pages on SE.com Click 'Charging FAQ' under Features. http://www.sonyericsson.com/c[....]/overview/bst-38?cc=ie&lc=en#a

Some general battery info too! (click 'Energy Efficiency' under Features)

There's really not much I can do for my battery, seeing as how my X10 used up 50% of it's battery during standby. POS...

That was very helpful information, i will be using that, i have never had an iPhone before, but they drain battery power like no ones business, so going to try as much as possible to keep the battery at its best for as long as possible

Tips for the batteries are as bellow :

1. Turn off your Bluetooth
2. Disable sounds and vibrating alert
3. Lower the Brightness of screen.
4. If you are not using an application switch it off.
5. Keep the battery contacts clean

That advice will help for sure, but how boring! I like my screen bright, I like to come back to apps in the same place I left them, disable sounds and vibrating alert?? How will I know if someones calling or texting?

I suppose turning off bluetooth isn't such a bad thing, but it means if I want to bluetooth something to my handset I have to actually touch the thing, how painful...
