Thats bad news when wank3rs do this kinda stuff.... I know you guys have paid good money for ur phones..and then this happens!!
I dred the day it happens to me, but then again practising TaeKwon-Do for 6 years im sure itll come in handy in the street!!! Not that i condone violence and all that.. but some things just have to be done.
Anyway guys... sorry to hear of ur misfortunes. Hope it gets sorted out.

Does the 'CPWH not stocking the T68i apply to all of the branches'? I f**kin' hate the CPWH - rang on Friday, they said that they HAD the new T68i software in. Fair enough i though...(he even went to 'double check with the engineer')
I woke up Saturday morning, and though..hang on, i know the CPWH...let me ring again to double DOUBLE check. Ring ring...blah, let me check with the engineer...'Yes we do have the T68i software in, if you come in we'll update your t68'.
Excellent i thought, wierd...but excellent! - went in, asked the 'advisor' (LMAO at the title!!). He said, no we dont have it in i think...hang on let me check with the engineer. (3 RD TIME THEY HAVE CHECKED WITH THE ENGINEER!!!)
Yes, we do have it in, sorry i didnt think we did. I was happy (and feeling kind of smug!)..gave them my phone..came back abit later and they said. Were having problems updating it, it keeps 'stopping'. Hmm, ok??. I came back again abit later on - they went in the back to see the 'engineer'. 10 mins later out the 'Advisor' comes (I still laugh at that title) Oh, it looks like theres a fault with your phone, the connection at the bottom where the cable fits in isnt working.'
I said - er...ok, but it works with my communicam fine. What about the T68i/MMS upgrade?
He said...We dont have the update.

I even checked with 3 seperate 'advisors'. And they checked with the engineer. HOW CAN THIS BE?!

Sorry to hear about your rough time over your T68 Mark, lets hope they give you a nice shiny T68i as replacement. Hope they catch the bastards and but their hands off!

sorry to hear that you lost your t68.but how about me , igot my first t68 stolen in a hospital when i was on drip.then decided to get back another t68 cos i have lots of accesories for it. then ilost it the next day in a cab. now t68 no.3 |

Thanks everyone.
Just thought I would tell you that I have a new T68i picked it up this morning before work.
Called CPWH customer services this morning and asked me what happened. So I told them.
Then they gave be a ref number and told me that I can go into any store and get a new phone.
I can't believe how quick that was on getting a new phone.
