Companies are obliged by law to sell at the advertised price. One recently refused and was fined. So is it sim free for sure then?

BOSSHOGG, that is incorrect. As I posted earlier in this thread from the consumer association page I found, retailers may withdraw a product from sale, or not honour a price shown, if they have genuinely marked the price incorrectly.

I read your earlier post. But I've seen it before on watchdog, they acco withdraw it and fix it, but any orders placed are supposed to be honoured.

Just having looked at the link it doesn't look like a mistake. The price is written as 'free.'

just the way it says FREE in big letters is weird. if it was a genuine mistake.. it would say something like £0.00 surely?

Dunno, maybe their system converts a price of 0 (which may have just been overlooked for entry) as FREE!

The phones are no longer there! Good job I got my order in quickly!
@Masseur/Bosshog
I beleive the complication comes in with Order Confirmation. They certainly don't have to honour the prices shown if they're a mistake, but if you place an order, and they confirm it, it becomes slightly different.
Many web based shops have an automated confirmation process, which could get them in to trouble.
The mail I got back from these people simply confirms what I've asked for, not that they've accepted the order (so far at least), so I'm not sure that there will be anything to chase...

we'll find out
I got their email confirming my order at £ 0.00 grand total too
If they really ship, ima be their most loyal customer from now on (well... mixin is of course )
but I would think they must've noticed their stocks never ran out as quickly as today
still...... when going through the check out procedure... i came across a line that said if you order a free item we must still ask for credit card details hmmmm......
tis still funny.
