I really was tempted to post this in a new thread, but I might be accused of being too parochial So dito na lang muna kahit it's a bit OT.

Anyway, to those who are using their phones to view the WAP site that Handsome Puppy created for the Pinoy users, were you able to view the pic?

I'm using a T39, and I didn't see the pic. GPRS, were you able to view it?

(Are Pinoys just too talkative or what? We are nearing the 6th page again, and the WAP users would be having trouble viewing this thread from their phones soon. )

I just wanna ask you guys if the cable DRS-10 is the same with the DRS-11 cable? I bought one and right now im using it... it seems to work fine with my T68. It says in the box that it will work on the R320 and R380. The people from the shop that i bought (Semicon, Philippines) said that if it will fit the your phone it will probably work. Is this true? Ive had the experience on my old Nokia Phone that not all Data Cables that fit the phone would work, i think there are some pin or jumper settings that is opted for just the N51/61 series compared to N62/71 series. In comparison, is this also likely to happen with ericsson phones? Can it cause some software damage? Thanks for any inputs..

ive been having a hard time making the pic appear on my T68. It seems that there is a limit to the GIF file size that the browser can show, so i had to compress it as much as i can. pero it seems kinda fuzzy nga lang. If the T39 camt view GIF, what graphics format can it support? WBMP? to those who want to be listed in the WAP site, please include your email address to reply to you para makatipid ako ng text. Im still studing wap and Visual Studio.Net so pasyensya na muna kayo sa quality ng site.

Siguro later ill try to post the pics on the wap site.

guys, has anyone here experienced a phone restart by just plugging to it the DRS-10 cable from a PC? here are the specs of the devices i used: my PC's OS is winxp pro, phone battery is almost full, T68 phone of course. just those devices i guess. but it restarted my phone for no reason at all. it happened to me thrice and this incident happened since friday of last week. weird... thanks.

@ferrarista,

welcome to the gprs world! hehehe... once your line's activated, have them activate your gprs immediately and configure your phone also. let's use the gprs service from the available telcos while it's free. sabi nga ni arnoldc eh, matatagalan pa bago makapaglabas telcos ng pricing.

Ok, eventhough you explained that in layman's terms, is there any major or big difference in using the DSR-10 over DSR-11? Is it still adviseable to use the '10' on the T68? safe or not?
