I replaced the battery. A lot easier than I thought.

I ordered the battery from eBay, along with the sealant, quite cheap and I already had the mini screw drivers. Watched a tutorial on YT.

It's now saleable again.

by sealant, do you mean the rubberized foam gasket tape?

i didn't think to look on ebay for spare parts. i always went to witrigs cause they supposedly sell authentic OEM parts. I might try to replace the cracked screen on my 1m2 if it's cheap enough.

It's far easier than fiddling around with gaskets but then I only had to replace the battery cover so you might need more parts.

Thanks. interesting that that is used. i've replaced a battery on my XZ premium before and i only used the rubberized foam adhesive that also acts as a gasket. i'll look into this though. thanks again.
