Oh ok. For some reason they don't sgip the Spigen screen protector to my country as well. Did you check those protectors from Abicat or Auneos on Amazon Japan?
I have those and they are very good and of a high quality. |

xpr - i looked at them. do they have full adhesive back or only around the edges and are they truly 0.3mm thick? I don't want to order without knowing for sure since it will cost double the price to ship it to the US. I really wish spigen sold their screen protector in the US.
I ordered AVIDET screen protector from amazon. Avidet is a chinese brand. they advertise 0.3mm thickness and curved edges but what I received was not 0.3mm thickness and there were no curved edges. I have digital calipers and checked it and it was 0.67mm. double, what it should have been.
I need to find another screen protector soon though. luckily I am not out and about that often due to covid, so i don't need to put my phone in my pocket much so I should be ok for now.

Abicat and Auneos seem to be made in Japan by Asahi.
I didn't measure their thickness, but they are quite thin. They are fully covered with adhesive and aren't tio difficult to apply. You should be careful with the procedure, just like with any other screen protector out there.
I'm satisfied:
- almost zero fingerprint marks.
- very clear.
- being a glass and not film the feel is good.
- reasonably priced and not too difficult to apply. |

ok. i went with the auneos one. hope it is as good as you say! it's basically paying double its cost to get it shipped to me
ah well - whatever it is, i will use it. just hope it is truly 0.25mm thick like it advertises. the nearly 0.7mm thickness of the one i got, which was advertised as 0.3mm thick was badddddd

I have Panzer screen protector with adhesive around the edges. After 4 weeks there is already dust under the protector. I have search for the Spigen screen protector, but can´t find it. Do you have a link to a European seller?

I've "discovered" Amazon Japan while looking for a screen protector - I had seen a recommendation for Abicat on Reddit. They seem to have a variety of stuff that are sent abroad, so I try to group my purchases in order to save on shipping costs. |

Hi guys, got my phone the other day and it is excellent!
One question, is there any possibility of Sony enabling recording videos directly to the SD card? Or is there any way we could bypass this restriction? The thing is, I invested in one of the fastest SD cards in the world (275 MB/s read, 155 MB/s write) exactly for this purpose only to be restricted by Sony. I realize fast SD cards are not common but couldn't Sony enable it for SD cards with minimum of X read and Y write speeds?
P.S. this is the card;
https://www.amazon.com/ADATA-[....]1QN7L?reviewerType=all_reviews
actually it is fast enough for 8K so 4K60 HDR should be no problem

any of the european amazon stores has it.

i think france also has it too.
i'll be getting mine today!!! can't wait!
@XPR - actually didn't get it. they needed me to do all kinds of verification for my order since I wasn't in japan and i decided it wasn't worth all that extra effort. just going to figure something out

For those who do not like such video test or waste their life do not click it. Nobody is pointing a gun at you and forcing it upon you to do it. These type of videos were created because some people dig it and how the phone manages its ram (thats why and hence the video production )

I get that some people did speed tests. My opinion is that it’s structured wrong and thus you’ll always get two variances or more on the same phones from same regions from various testers. Human hand doing the test is the reason for the variances and thus misleading to those that dig these tests. I’d rather a better scientific or imperial method but again that’s my opinion.
The SPEED of ram can help a phone or computers speed - not just the amount of ram used (up to the number of processes consuming ram). The cpu and connection to ram (speed of the ram or type of ram) has a much more substantial impact on a phones speed just like laptops or desktops. Finally the OS is the critical component in system efficiency of cpu cycles, ram and storage along with the display refresh rate.

And hence the speed test because people knew what is happening between phone companies tweaking their software's. Click to have a watch if you think its worth it. And again if you think it waste your time or precious life, skip it. |
