JDi does not have oled , not yet.
Anyone here going to CES? Sony might show a 8K Crystal LED tv there.

We already know sony will have new naming scheme in 2019..And flagship prices going high every year...If sony want to release an affordable flagship with SD855 then it's possible full HD LCD screen, no curved edge, competititor of galaxy s10 lite..In some cases also oneplus 7!!
Real flagship will have Oled screen, under display fingerprint , better design etc..
Then premium flagship with 4K Oled in September sounds good release strategy!! |

In many locations iphone Xr costs more than xz2 / xz3, still it will easily outsell both.
Making a new phone with 6.5" with full HD/bottom speaker to go against Xr 2018/Xr 2019 and s10 Lite is stupid.
For example "xz4" and "xz4" Lite ...
Let the Compact fight this battle.
The i8xxx is huge according to the renders, I dont want them to make Compact with size of Z5.
Because for example, 6" 21:9 is 14x6 cm which is too narrow already.
Imagine 5.5 or 5.3".
This ratio would be really bad for a Compact. |

qualcomm's new ultrasound in screen fingerprint sensor sounds promising and much more secure than current implementations. obviously, this won't be seen on any phone early 2019, but would love to see sony be one of the first to adopt this tech in their devices.

Of course s10/s10+ , op7, g8 and mi9 will have qualcomm's UD FPS.
I still dont know what happens if screen is replaced. Is it necessary to change the FPS module too?

Was it lgd?
I think lg made oled are not on par with samsung oled |
