I think the blue of "x2" is same of X10/X10+.
Teaser also shows a light gray, reminds me of XZ2.
I think we will have only one device.
Teaser has only 4 colous, but if they had two devices then tones would be different for both.
According to Mr Buks, "X2" may cost 4999 in China, that would be $ 697 today.

Wasn't X1 6000 in China? $100 less than its Western price.
700 would have been sweet and it'd be the right decision but I'm expecting it to be 800.
Sumahoinfo thinks that countdown might mean new models like x3 and x5 |

X1 is J81.
Sphinx is J80 . We dont know if it is just 5G prototype or retail product.
We have seen on internet the Uaprof of J82.
And benchmark browser of J83.
I do hope there are 3 flagships like 2015.
Like X1 5G, X2 and X2 Compact. |

I can't remember the last time I was so excited about a Sony mobile release. Im really hoping for a decent spec "compact" beauty with great battery life.
Please don't let me down, Sony. Like you did when you released the xz3 without a compact variant.

And not cheap looking like Z3c.
I want a exactly copy of Xperia 1, bit with no more than 13,5 cm.
I do not mind if it comes with 9mm thick.

When you look like Z3c it does not look glass, but cheap plastic.
Also those transparent plastic frames.
M4 and M5 are way more premium.
Iphone 8 was exactly a smaller version of 8+ (except dual cam).
That is what I want from Sony.

I prefer Z1 style(glass - plastic middle frame - aluminum main frame - plastic middle - glass) or XZ1C(round frame, glass fiber reinforced platic unibody)
Using plastic on Compact make device cheaper.

Let's suppose they have a 5" Compact.
Compared to X1:
- 5" 21:9 would be way cheaper than 6.5" 4K
- 2600 mAh battery is cheaper than 3300.
- less metal used for frame, less glass used for screen and rear
- probably no UWA because of space.
All this would save money already. No need to go cheap with body like Z1c, Z3c, Xc and XZ1c.
If they made Ace, it means at least in Japan there is still market for small phones. |

Few years ago I played with one at store. White.
Unlike z3, its frame is completely between panels.
Frame wont touch surface if you put it on the table.
That is why it breaks easier than z3.
