XZP was new protocol already.
Yes, the review had some contradictions.
No way stabilization is worse than iphone or s8.
Even with ois / eis both are very shaky.

Is it though? How many smartphone users care enough to look up rumours and leaks? A fraction. How many smartphone users use or buy Sony smartphones. A fraction.
So you're looking at a fraction of a fraction.

These shitty leaks don't mean jack shit.

Another positive news and indicating Sony Mobile will be still here in future. If they are giving up, partnering with a security software company will not take place. Hopefully, the business sector will consider Xperias as their choice to increase Sony Mobile's revenue

pretty good for iso and shutter speed values.

p20's long exposure mode looks good though it's pointless compare them.

Why pointless ??? It would be good if SONY has something like that as well.

well it's a good feature no doubt, but you can use manuel mode to achieve something similar.

i mean it's pointless to compare 6 second long exposure to 1/16 second , obviously it'll be alot better.

also i dont get it how huawei's model shot isnt blurry...

That's sad because the longest for Xperia is just 1 second

From the two pictures I don't see the clear difference that I saw at MWC, either the XZ2P is underwhelming or the regular XZ2 is actually pretty decent. Am I just being blind?

Looks pretty good at 1/8 s. shutter speed and ISO2500. Some noise is probably impossible to avoid.
Video is much better than competitors...

Starting to like the XZ2 premium more than initially. It looks pretty solid. Wish they put 3,5mm jack and DAC to make it a real entertainment power phone - was hoping that was the reason for the delayed introduction and design change around MWC.
