Design looks ok, but the ergonomics are more than likely vastly superior to any previous Xperia. I think that's what they were going for.
Also removing the headphone jack is f***ing stupid. Can people stop doing this? Please. Seriously f**k Apple for starting this bullshit (yes I know they weren't the first, but Xaomi or whoever did it first, only did so because there have been rumours that Apple would do it for years).
Its just f***ing stupid.

Why not just wait until you see it with your own eyes before casting judgement. There's a lot of of negativity on here from a bloody photo! How many times have they actual devices looked better in the real world than on a screen?
Pretty much all them if you ask me!! Just pipe down and wait until its released or at least some hands on impressions via YouTube.

I agree with XJ. I really think the glassback will look much nicer in real device pics. |

While that is true, I can preemptively dump on a lack of a headphone jack. If it still has one? Hallelujah. If not, well....I just won't be buying any phone that doesn't have one.
As for the design, I agree. It'll probably look better in person. But I think the whole point of this particular design is that its curvy and palm-friendly, rather than square and monolithic like the designs of old. Still think they can improve it to bring back that almost elemental monolithic look with improved ergonomics, but I'm sure they'll get there through refinement.
TL;DR - they want the phone to be ergonomic. This ought to fit in a human hand comfortably.

@XJ
The interesting thing will be what's inside the XZ2/XZ2c or there will be another device that is not leaked to let it be a real surprise?

If I recall correctly the XZ Premium was only leaked 24 hours before the official announcement so who's to say the same couldn't happen again.

Well XZ Pro either does not exists or it will be a suprise but wont be released before June, otherwise it’s price would be listed on the sites that are leaking prices of xz2 and xz2c. But tonycc said it wont be shown on MWC. |

Okay, XJ..
If the surprise phone is XZ1s, I'll sue them.

If Pro will be announced at MWC, I think the phone will be shipped on May/June like XZP did.

Xperia XZ2
Xperia XZ2 Compact
I don't know, I think the lineup looks good, especially the original XZ2. I think it will look better in person, I can see how it can change colours in different lightings, especially the green one, it could turn into blue and more.
