Love the earphones and I would definitely buy the projector, love the actual UI they use on it too.

my thoughts ...

Sony needs to continue to innovate, just like the Sony Touch Projector! This allows not only an ecosystem but real world use and not a gimmick - business professionals would like this in a meeting room - especially if wireless and Xperia Tablets that have bumped up.

Open-Earplug headphones prototype sounds VERY promising and great innovation! Bravo sony leading the way yet again and pretty much always has.

Sony Xperia Agent
I smell someone working on the old Aibo/QRio had their had and say in this creation; loving it! Sony could hit a HUGE home run by re-inventing a more maneoverable and fluid moving "home robot companion" like Aibo/QRio for the modern home, pre-school. Getting into K12 Educational markets is HUGE!
- Only classroom use
- allows for parents, faculty and teachers to look in on their childern Jnr Kindergarten to say Gr2 over their smartphones and web.
- Imagine delivering a short 1mins or less vocal message from mom for that fearful child entering Grade 1 for the first day kid sits at teh teleconference 'chair' with Aibo/QRio Hereo (let's call the robot that) and boom instant favorite companion for the child and the parent.

960 Frames per second on Xperia XZ Premium Good Lord .. we should see some incredibly creative slow-mo video shots!
get that PRON shots ready girls J/K.

I'm STILL not enthused about the continued iPhone 6-7 look-alike, it's getting very sad. Designers be original already. I feel Sony, HTC and Motorola are the only manufacturers even trying to be unique in model design.

Supa_Fly - aw man.. Aibo brings back so many memories. I wanted one so badly back in the day. Couldn't afford it back then though. With today's technology, I bet Sony could create something really amazing and blow away all the other home robot companions popping up these days.

That was the first time I'd seen the Agent move about like that and it's clever the way they gave it blinking and moving eyes. Brilliant!

The agent is cool for sure. But it's too slow to market. Not sure people are going to go for a proprietary voice assistant when amazon and google have the market already with tons of 3rd party support/agreements and already know so much about you.

As much as I like it, the added eyes and movement aren't enough to woo me.

Samsung was the only other manufacture having SD835. with Sony's design capability, it's hard to find any opponent in MWC 2017

Expect new camera innovation on IFA. Sony is on fire!

"We have developed a 1/2.3-in. 10.3 mega pixel back-illuminated CMOS image sensor utilizing serial multiple sampling."

Not sure Sony would use this after developing (unveiling) a brand new sensor just earlier this year.

personally I would love to see Sony develop a larger than 1/2.3 sensor for mobile.
