So I spoiled my fun....
Dropped my Z5, first time ever cracked the glass...
So f... unfortunate corner crack, that everything works exept the notification
dropdown tray on homescreen (which works on locked screen...).
I am soooo mad.
Becuse:
1. The replacement by the OK company is 100 Euro, but I LOOSE waterproofing and any Sony support.
But it takes only few hours.
2. The original Sony is f.... 250 Euro, takes A WEEK and they reset your phone no matter what!
It's expensive.
I am torn apart...

Sorry to hear that. Was your Z5 not in a case? Phones these days are so fragile a case is a must, with the glass and metal they are putting on them unfortunately.

@Doministry,
Time to save and go for the upgrade X Performance.
For now ... replace the glass $100 deal with it for a few more months when X Performance is abundantly available and pricing settles in. Then upgrade.

My phone is always in a case.
This time it was on my lap, in a book case probably open.
I was going out of the car, forgot that I have it,
and it fell on concrete, case open. Glass to concrete, one little crack.

I need a new phone before my vacation and since the XP isn't out before I leave I'm replacing my Z3 with the Z5.
Only thing left to decide abut now is white or black...hmmm... |

Just updated my Z5 to 6.0.1 on EE in the UK and delighted with the results so far - although not used the camera. It's smoother and the battery is better so far and Stamina mode is back. |
